The stage is set like 1996. 131 and 1 for 5 were the first figures marked against his name. Now it is almost a decade. Going through critical stage of his career, he has retained his position in the test squad. The selectors have said that he has been considered as an allrounder and his inclusion could add more balance to the team. I dunno how far they could justify their words but I am damn sure this would be the final opportunity for the legendary southpaw.

NDTV reports that Sourav Chandidas Ganguly is included in Test team and now its (high) time for him to take up the challenge and come up with his pyrotechnics.
